Pepyn Dinandt joined ARKAD as Senior Advisor in 2021. As CEO and Executive Chairman, he has led and developed companies for more than 30 years. He has played a key role in the successful restructuring and transformation of companies. He consistently created value for shareholders, employees and companies in a challenging and complex landscape. Pepyn was CEO of Hilding Anders, URSA, Braas Monier and MPM. Previously he worked for Siemens and McKinsey, amongst others. Pepyn gained extensive experience within the business-to-business sector, primarily in manufacturing. 

Pepyn studied Economics at the Unversity of Wales in Cardiff, UK.
