Jan-Philip has been the Head of Transformation at ARKAD since 2022. For over ten years, he has successfully advised medium-sized family businesses and industrial groups in strategic and transformational decision-making processes. Jan-Philip specializes in the restructuring and management of companies in special situations. While working, he completed his PhD at the Technical University of Berlin in die field of energy economics. Jan-Philip has held various management positions at MBB SE, Roland Berger and KPMG.
